All of this is already on the application, I am just adding it here just in case you didn't see it.
Here is some things you need to know:
1) Meetings are scheduled in the GC, most meetings aren't required but it is suggested to attend them
2) Every now and then we will have a mandatory meeting, we will try to get it scheduled to accommodate everyone's schedules. There will be snacks!
3) There might also be a few polls in the group chat to help with bettering the club and/or any events
4) There is a spreadsheet that we will send to you if you decide to be a teacher. There are a limited amount of spots every week for piano tutoring (depending on the number of seats in the parent's car). Sign up early if you want to teach that week.
4a) If 2 parents decide that they want to drive, then the limit is how many seats in the cars combined. The more parents there are the higher chance there is for this to happen so please ask your parents. This is highly subject to change if we get a teacher sponsor.
5) You do not have to be a teacher. Some members in our club support us on the sides by attending the meetings and offering suggestions, if you would like to do this then email the emails below.
Schedule:
1) Every Wednesday after school, try to get to Barge Cafe as soon as possible (2:50 pm). We want to teach as long as we can. The car will leave at 3:00pm, no exceptions.
2) We usually teach for 35-45 minutes with good traffic. Sometimes this can get as low as 20 though, so please get to Barge as fast as you can.
3) After we are done with teaching, you can either get picked up straight from Sarah Smith or walk to Victoria's house and get picked up there.
4) After class log your volunteer hours with the form in the spreadsheet.
